Come and visit D-Day Experience with your family and friends and live an unforgettable moment. Visit an interactive museum mixing pedagogy and innovation. Board a real C-47 Skytrain converted into a 4D flight simulator – unique in the world – and discover the largest collection of genuine artefacts related to the 101st US Airborne Division during the Normandy campaign. Learn about the ins and outs of the Normandy invasion and the strategic importance of Carentan for the Allies thanks to an innovative 3D documentary screened in our new movie theater. Eventually, find your way to the Dead Man’s Corner Museum, which hosted the 6th Fallschirmjäger Regiment command post. After your visit, follow the historical trail in Carentan and enhance your comprehension of the battle. In short, participate in an unforgettable experience.

School Guides: A Way To Learn In A Playful Way!

D-Day Experience enable you to be a key player of the passing on of history and duty of remembrance through an educational approach. Share a unique and entertaining moment with your children by using our school guides. Make them discover the museum throughout the use of questionnaires, coloring pictures and many more fun and recreative activities. You can now download and print the guide or ask for it at the Ticket Office for €1. You can then check your answers at home by downloading the relevant answer sheet.
